Left my charger at home on a trip to Vegas. I found a store near the airport and bought another one.
So, now I have two chargers.

When we got back to pdx the TSA gave our charger back to us. They had taken it out of the scooter for inspection and did not return it. May i return it to you?
Perfect charger for mu battery just need to be careful when charging dont leave it alone the charger heats up once battery is charged green light comes on disconnect power cord tjis item does its job
Customer service is terrible…they’re only interested in making a sale…. If I knew that they won’t come personally to help people I would never have bought the scooter. I for sure will discourage anyone who asks me about buying anything from Moving Life

The charger did not include a power cable. (Like getting a toaster without a power cord.) The charger was lost and a new one was ordered. Very very unlikely a charger was lost without also losing the power cable. If it is a question of where was it going to be plug-in, a simple check-box on the web page would answer that question.
Representatives were very helpful troubleshooting the issue and identifying the replacement charger. It was just unfortunate that the original charger failed after only 15 months use. We are happy with the ATTO and recommend it to other
It took use three days of calling various Movinglife service nodes. Once we reached Josh in Florida he quickly identified the problem and sent us a replacement battery which solved the issue

The charger did not work for my scooter. I can't believe it would completely stop working after such a big investment and after such a short period of time.
Paid $3,999 for the scooter and it did not come with the battery charger or manual. Took over a week of my three children reaching out to customer service to get a response. When the charger was received, it was for another country and would not work. So disappointed since SO MUCH MONEY was spent.
Due to pinched cord, needed to get a replacement set up of both parts of the charger. Left a message with a person that took a week to get responded to. Also sent an online inquiry. Once I was finally sent a link of where to go to order it took like… tens days to get to me. I did try to find out how to order the price on it’s on via the website. No luck.
The lady who i placed my order to was very helpful. She put in my order at once so i received my charger in a few days. Charged my Atto Battery as soon as i received the charger but scooter won't start. Tried charging again but still won't start. Will probably buy a different scooter thats lighter.
