its wonderful to use. can now get around without being in constant pain. however was told by salesman that it could run on grass or dirt It has problems here and not al all if there is a incline. it does great so long as its pavement or floors

United StatesI have the two models the white atto and the sport, with all accessories, and getting the mirrors because it is very necessary when getting off elevators, etc. My experience has been the best, my husband helps me folding and bring it on and off planes, buses, and cruises, never had any problem with it, the battery last enough for a day, In London we took it everywhere, in Amsterdam we manage to get in the small boat cruises in the river. The cover for airplanes is the best to protecting the Atto, we are hopping in getting the shade and rain cover, it is necessary in places with to much sun or rain, hope this review helps others. I am an MS fighter. And now with my scooter I can move free. And help carrying backpacks under the seat. Doris .. (55)

United StatesHaving many medical-health issues, I have to give this a 10+++ .... I took it on a cruise the day after I received her and can't say enough about it. Had many, many people asking me about my wheels and how easy it was to maneuver. Many couldn't get over how it ended up looking just like a piece of luggage, What a fantastic machine!!! Thank you for making my life so much easier for the last 2 weeks, it is definitely a blessing..

United StatesI was recently diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and as a Disney Adult I was struggling to get through the park and getting around. I was renting an EVC from the park but a few things with that. Most important was although I have a Handicap plaque, I wouldn't always get close parking and the struggle was real. Getting from my car to the tram from the tram to the rental spot was a little hard on me, worth it at the end but challenging. Another and most important was although money was well spent it was going to noting. When I finally decided to start looking for a scooter I had to keep in mind that I have a small vehicle so a large scooter was never an option. My beautiful sister sent me a link to the Atto Sport. I gave them a call and spoke to Rhonda and she helped me get set up with in office demonstration. Stefan was amazing in showing me everything the Atto can do. I have a 10 lb doggie and Stefan showed me the pet carrier attachment they have. Well let me tell you.. my doggie loves getting into it. I took the plunge knowing it would be a long-term investment. I few days later was my first Disney trip.. Let me tell you I just about cried. Let alone parking was far and on the 4th floor. Taking out the Scooter and setting it up was so easy and oh man did I take advantage of the speed. The distance had nothing on me, got to the elevator, passed security with no issues got on the tram and didn't have to fold the Scooter but if I had to it was have been so easy. Getting from the tram to the entrance and was a breeze. Well needless to say I can go on and on to describe how amazing and a life changer this was and worth every penny.
United StatesI love everything about my ATTO...That's why I'm trading my Classic in for a Sport model. More features and updated looks suite my taste. With Parkinson's Disease, I can enjoy more socialising and go more places, especially via air, sea, or automobile. I value this piece of equipment because it enhances my ability to enjoy life.
United StatesI'm very pleased with my new scooter. It still amazes me at how they put all of the right idea's into such a compact machine. I recommend it highly to my family and friends and anyone that's having problem's getting around and about .I love the idea that I didn't have to put a rack on the back of my vehicle, just take it apart put in the trunk and off I go. The one thing that I don't like is that the armrest have sharp edge's on the end of them that can be very uncomfortable when in use, other than that it was a great investment and the timing couldn't have been any better.
United StatesThis review is for the actual store, which I purchased my Atto Sport from on-line. I had a question after the scooter arrived by Fed-Ex and it was answered within 10 minutes by e-mail. The shipping was prompt and the transaction was hassle free.
United StatesI bought the Classic 2 years ago. Then on June 12th, a Major Airline destroyed it. I asked that they replace it with the Newest Model, which is the Atto Sport. I love my new Atto! It has so many New features. I give it a definite 5-Stars!
United StatesMy mom has had for a year now and we use at Disneyland for her to get around. Yes, it is very expensive, however it is more manageable than others out there in the market. It is truly the Cadillac of scooters. Now the feedback: Fedex delivered and the paint was scratched and a small dent in front piece, the box went through a war of something. I texted Folding Scooter Store to let them know, but I knew I would probably do something to it myself getting it in and out of the trunk, so lived with it. The battery lasts all day for us about 10 hours with still plenty of juice. We wish the horn was louder and different sounding as everyone ignores it. Love the front headlights, but the back light is a joke. You have to separately charge it and it is pretty flimsy light at best. It has high clearance which is great, however, her shins ache after a short period of time since the footbed is tilted up. I tried it for a bit and yes, my shins were killing me. I extend my legs off the footbed to stretch my legs, but they still ache and it is hard to keep your ankles on the edge. I would have considered going down to a 3star rating, but felt 4 was sufficient.
United StatesI have started using Atto Sport with Shabbat controller relatively recently but already enjoying the ride. Due to foldability it greatly eases transportation (my previous Amigo scooter requires a lift to place into the car trunk). I really like the thoughtful and esthetic design, variety of accessories, adjustment options, and overall how elegant the scooter looks. I had some technical issues but worked with Devon Weber from the technical support and he was very knowledgeable and extremely patient to resolve my problems. In many senses, this product is a life changer for me as a polio surviver. It is not cheap but worth for me every penny. I am very thankful to the vendor.

United StatesGreat experience. It takes a little time to get good at opening and closing, but after a few time’s it’s quite easy. I would love to see in the future if ATTO would develop some sort of sun umbrella or shade to be able to attach.Also the rep at the folding scooter store ROB is the best. United StatesThe engineering, the aesthetics, the quality and the physical stability of the Sport is outstanding. In addition the outstanding sales interaction by Rick Colson and service support by Robert Spellman is greatly appreciated. My only issue so far is with the extremely slow shipping support by FedEx.
