I LOVE my scooter. It is easy to use, great to take on trips, and even works well on different terrains. It seems to have better ground clearance than other scooters. The battery life is fantastic. Also, they have excellent customer service and were even willing to video chat to help us initially get the scooter working. I couldn’t be happier with my scooter and it is well worth the price.
We went on a cruise to Alaska and had a life changing experience. Flying to Vancouver from LA, staying overnight in Vancouver and exploring the ship and the awesome ports was spectacular. These scooters made it all possible. No more “stuck on the ship”. The scooters were the star of the show every step of the way. From transfer vehicle drivers, airline staff including pilots, hotel valets, to cruise ship staff everyone was fascinated by our scooters ability. Most of all other passengers everywhere wanted info on these scooters. Especially those who had struggled throughout the cruise with rental scooters or walkers and were totally sold on this model. We did our best to pass on info on how to get one for themselves or family members. All in all we feel great about our purchase and excited about the world that is now open to us. Robert took time to explain the scooter. How to set it up and break it down. Robert also put the fuses in both batteries and explained the charging times for each battery. Robert made sure before I left I could set up and break down the scooter.
This has given us more freedom & mobility both in & out of the house. I can lift the scooter (broken into 2 parts) into the car. We took a video of the assembly process, which breaks down into trolley luggage size for east transport. We’re very happy with the Auto Sport. We had one issue with a faulty charger for the battery & it was easily exchanged for a new one by the dealer.
I have not had the opportunity to take it on an airline yet, but plan to do so this summer. In the meantime, I am practicing folding and unfolding the scooter. I’m learning all I can about ways to avoid gate checking the scooter.

Such a relief to finally be able to get around places without the panic of where I will be able to sit down or how much further we have to go. This is so simple to open and close and zoom around it. I had nothing but smiles the entire time I used it. So wish I would have given myself this freedom sooner.
I am recovering from a stroke which left my entire left side paralyzed and weak. I’ needed a mobility scooter as I can not stand long nor walk far. I did plenty of research and found the atto sport suited my needs. I ordered over the phone by calling Movinglifeusand I spoke with Virginia.who was. Dry knowledgeable and was able to answer any question that I had. Within a week I had mt atto sport in my living room. It was packed with care. As I had a hole in the front of my box upon delivery , but thanks to the careful packing. My atto sport mobility scooter was perfect. I really love my atto sport mobility scooter. Being that I am still recovering from my stroke, I can not lift my scooter into my truck and I purchased the scissor lift. I’m sure it will pay for itself saving my husbands back ad he will be lifting it into my NISSAN MURANO. Overall my atto sport with armrests is everything that I wanted. Worth every penny thst I spent. bless you Ginny for all your help.
Thank you to Virginia for answering all of my questions and making sure that I was able to get everything that I wanted. My Atto Sport with armrests arrived in 7 days with most of the accessories that I ordered at the same time. I’m only missing my mirrors which were on back order. Hopefully they come in soon. They will surely come in handy when riding my Atto sport mobility scooter. This scooter is NOT AN OLD LADY SCOOTER. I CAN SAY THAT BECAUSE I AM A LITTLE OLD LADY. On Sunday (Aug, 2026) I had a chance to use my brand new ATTO Sport for the first time. My two adult kids and I went to the Renaissance Festival here in Colorado. I was actually surprised how little power the ATTO had. From the moment I got on it by our vehicle in the parking lot, I had trouble getting it to go. The ground was not paved, but it was a very well worn area where many feet have trod. It's slightly sandy there, with some mile inclines that people walking normally were having no trouble navigating. However, My Sport simply would not go up most of the walkways that had inclines. It was embarrassing to have to sit on the scooter, give it full throttle, and have my son push me like Sisyphus pushing his boulder uphill. I weigh 190 lbs. so am way under the max weight. None of us had as much fun as we had anticipated because the going was so slow for me - not because of my disability, but because the ATTO simply was not powerful enough. I guess I'll have to stick to pavement, so will miss out on a lot of country markets, craft shows, and other events I'd anticipated finally being able to attend. In fact, going to things like that is why I spent so much and bought an ATTO instead of one of the many other mobility scooters available. Disappointed, and probably will cancel the month-long trip we'd planned to go on touring the UK. The scooter was what was making me be able to go- I thought. Now, we're not so sure.
This has been a game changer for travel - it stows nicely in the airplanes' wheelchair closet (or overhead when the closet is full with crew luggage). If they try to make you put it under the plane, ask for a CRO (disability specialist that all airports have) who can come even out on the plane to remind the crew that wheelchairs are allowed to be in cabin.
Made my access thru airports and the cruise ship a breeze once I got the hang of elevator use

Our ATTO Moving Life Sport Max scooter is a life saver! It enables us the freedom to leave our home from grocery shopping to out of the country travel! Since the scooter collapses down to a rolling suitcase, it is very portable. When we fly, we gate check our scooter at the airport and then retrieve it as we disembark the plane. For car travel, we collapse it down and then divide into two parts, so it can be loaded into our SUV easier. We are so thankful to own this scooter!

Transformer to charge the battery isn't working and I'm not getting a callback to MovingLife support to replace the transformer. Poor service from MovingLife was my biggest concern and it's proving true.

MIKE .L. FT LAUDERDALE I had a foot amputation 2 years ago. My walking is severely limited. Now I can shop round stores and flea markets with my own independence. Easy to load in my car in 2 sections, at my age 82 can feel a little heavy but overall OTTO SPORT is an excellent way to go forward in travel and enjoy life to the utmost.
This Atto sport is much smother than the old one, in addition the combination of gray and reddish looks great. It is easier to assemble and disassemble than the old one. It is great!

I love the cart. But it is too heavy fir my wife cant lift it in and out of our SUV. If we cant solve this, I will try to sell it or ? It is really a problem to find anyone to help us. I am 68 years old, and live alone with a genetic disorder that affects my joints and spine; thus I’ve had arthritis for 34 years. I have been using scooters since 2013 and Atto is my third device. As a professional in Design, I appreciate the appearance and clever attention to details for each of the accessories and how it folds, stores and is carried. However, as a person who lives alone and travels solo, this is NOT the device to buy or own. It is too heavy and too cumbersome to drag around. I use my scooters for shopping in big box stores; Atto does not have an open basket for shopping. Plus, the first two scooters failed repeatedly, stopping in stores refusing to re-start. Requiring assistance to lug the device to the vehicle to return it to the house. I was so glad, I wasn’t traveling! The second need for a scooter is travel. This is not practical for solo travel, since it breaks down too often and becomes a 78 lb. weight to drag through airports, cruise ships, etc. You need to travel with a paid companion or friend to use an Atto (weight, repeated break-down, and difficulty to manage) The sales team drives a hard sell that there are quick release buttons on the Atto and one may allow gravity to unfold the device, for example, however I continue to find the release buttons stiff, unresponsive and the gravity “drop” not as shown in the showroom. This is after 5 months of use. I am very disappointed with this expensive purchase and lack the confidence to take it with me on travel, which is the main reason for the purchase. Primarily, I am concerned that it will fail while traveling as the two first devices died repeatedly on first excursions, and I had to drag them home from the big box store . . . an inconvenience while shopping locally; a nightmare while traveling. At present, the Atto is a $4,000 accessory to my Garage that I can barely give away. Cons: Requires a caregiver or support person. Breaks down frequently, making it problematic for travel Too Heavy, other devices are half the weight Pros: Elegant design that removes the handicap look of many devices. Folded, looks like a suitcase. Can be shipped like a suitcase. May be more likely to be accepted on cruise ships than other scooters. All the positive reviews appear to be from those who travel with family or significant others, not solo.
As we get older it seems the back is one of the first physical impairments to arrive uninvited. The back support even without this lumbar support is great (in my opinion) and comfortable BUT when this lumbar support is attached, great suddenly becomes GREATER. I wish there was a way to remove the standard backrest and employ the lumbar support in its place and still maintain the ability to fold and tote. Maybe that's in the workings???
They sent us the Classic instead of the Sport that we ordered and paid for. They said they will make it right. The correct one should be arriving today.
