Once you have expressed your interest in a FREE Folding Scooter Store consultation and demo, we will call you to get a clearer understanding of your needs, and to set up a time and date that are convenient for you. We will do our very best to make an appointment that is only a few days to a week away but may take a little longer to get to a very remote area. Once we have this set up, you will receive an email or phone call (whatever works best for you) telling you of the details of the appointment and the expert that will be visiting your home. We will also always call to remind you a day before we plan to arrive.

At the end of the visit, you are welcome to ask anything and everything before making your decision. The visit and consultation are free and require no obligation, so you can sleep on the decision and be in touch when you are ready to buy. The Folding Scooter Store was established by Stefan Cohrs and Norman Stein, who originally got together to build a company called No Boundaries Mobility. Both engineers by trade, Stefan and Norman took on the personal challenge of designing and building a mobility and exercise machine for people with impaired mobility. The project was successful, and No Boundaries Mobility helped to pioneer this industry. No Boundaries Mobility became a household name for people with disabilities across the country. Each of the founders have personal experience with various disabilities, including Stefan’s wife who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Robert Spellman, who has always been highly active in helping the disabled community, joined the company to help provide new angles and strategies for growth. In 2020, the founders decided to start another company together and the vision was clear: to empower disabled persons with solutions that are suited to their challenges – and their dreams. The company is called The Folding Scooter Store and we are so glad you found us!
