This was purchased for my future use, as my mobility issues increase. I wanted something that would not require special equipment to transport it, since my wife would not be comfortable driving a car that had an extended length because of a carrier. I believe this is the best solution for our needs.

I have been trying to purchase one of these scooters for over a year. I've called the number above to schedule a free home demo and was told, "I can't do that here." I've responded to auto-text sales pitches only to be told that I don't need the model I want and couldn't I buy the model they were trying to sell me. I've responded to email pitches that, yes, I'd like a demo. I get nothing back. After trying again just this week, it dawned on me. If a company is SO bad responding to a request to purchase a machine, how badly would they respond to a support issue or breakdown situation? And I see above, the answer is just as poorly as they respond to a request for a demo. I was told to just buy it and I'd have 30 days to send it back. Then somehow the 30 days became 9 when the guy laid out a fictional timeline. I've seen someone using this product. She loved it. I NEED it. It breaks my heart that the organization is so poorly run that they can't find the time to sell someone what they need.

Have traveled twice and it has been a great solution for my spouse. Does take some practice setting up and closing. Thank goodness for Rhonda our awesome sales person who allowed me to video as she taught us how . Ran into a problem getting seat all the way up. Called Alex in tech who gave me a poor answer that really had nothing to do with lifting seat all the way up. Thank goodness we had Rhonda on video carefully explaining step by step. We’re able to solve our problem !!! What a great resource! Keeping her video instructions close on hand both as a review and when we are in panic mode. Rhonda is the best! ! Thanks Rhonda;

I have been using the Atto Classic since July of this year and it have been awesome. This review is for the support team that helps service issues with the scooters. I was using the scooter at our local pumpkin patch and the throttle came loose when I hit a ditch on some rough terrain. I have been trying to contact atto to get someone the help repair the throttle so I don’t void the warranty by trying to fix it myself. I spoke to someone after my two online requests got no response. The person apologized for the lack of response and promised to escalate my issue. That was over a week ago and I still have no received a response. I have MS and currently can’t use my scooter to go out with my family. Great scooter. Terrible service and support!!

I’ve used the ATTO for a year now and I love it! I’d love to know though which Airlines let you stow it in their overhead bins, I’ve yet to find an American carrier that will. They do store it in cargo without the battery which is extremely easy to take out and put in your carryon. After multiple flights I did have one leg with an airline that did break the bottom rear handle (I use the flight bag when I travel) . Folding scooter Store was able to ship the part to a repair center near my home within days. I love that there are parts available and accessories too. I’ve spent hours traveling in Washington DC and Disney World and have only managed to lose one bar on the battery in a day. It charges relatively fast.
It’s made a world of difference for me. Everywhere we go ppl stop us and ask about this mobility scooter.

I ran out of Moving Life business cards. Maybe you could print a 2D bar code sticker to put on the scooter?

We bought our ATTO about 2 years ago for my father. The purchasing process itself was as best as someone could imagine.
After 2 years of using this wonderful machine, in my last trip to China we had a problem were the steering wheel got broken due to most probably careless handling of the air carrier that we flew with. One telephone to Yaron and 2 days after we already had a brand new steering wheel air shipped to our hotel in China!!!!
More over a video was sent to my mobile explaining exactly what we need to do in order to replace the steering wheel.
This is truly amazing service.

I discovered the ATTO scooter from Movinglife Company only recently, after United Airlines completely destroyed my US produced Pride mobility one on four occasions in the last twelve months. It was clear to me that replacing my own scooter over and over was not an option in order not to jeopardize my business career of decades and my private life, because the ATTO scooter is the only one so far on the market, which is TSA and EU approved for in cabin transportation (in the closet, overhead bin, or under or on the seat next to you strapped by seat belts when folded). It comes with a certificate document, which becomes handy to take copies with you on each leg of your journey to convince those, who are yet unfamiliar with this product. It gives you relief of any stress and worries when you travel, because you have the control over your mobility, not as when you are forced to have it stowed in the belly of the plane, where it is completely vulnerable and exposed to abuse and improper transport by frequently not caring baggage handlers.
The scooter folds and unfolds in seconds, drives fast and reliably on almost all surfaces; the charging of the battery is faster than a lightning and holds its charge up to six months. The seat is ergonomically correct (for the first time no back pain or swollen feet after longer drives) . The customer dedication and service is absolutely stellar.

I don't have an Atto, but I frequently travel with a friend who does, and I have to say it is a life saver, on top of being super cool.
I can't get enough of peoples reactions (especially taxi drivers), when they see the ease in which my friend can fold it and lift it up to the trunk in mere seconds. But the absolute best is seeing the flight attendants standing in absolute awe when they say "where are you going to put that?" and simply watch him fold it and put it up in the overhead compartment, quite insane actually.
"Amazing" is the most common word you'll hear while next to an Atto ...
We went to an Air Show and everyone was way more interested in the Atto than the planes :-)
