The armrests although expensive appear to be well made and once installed easy to use and fold back into the seat-back when not needed. Better installation instructions should be enclosed , I had to search thru "You Tube" videos to find more explicit instructions.
Could not understand the directions and still haven’t attached them
Instructions with photos would have made them easier to install.
I'm glad I added the armrests to my order. I don't use them much, but on one occasion when I had to sit in one spot for a long time while waiting for an event to start, it was more comfortable to lower one of the armrests into place and have it to lean on. They are easy to pull out and down to use, and as easy to put back up into their slots to put away.
The Atto Sport w/Arm Rests is an excellent portable scooter, with plenty of accessories to suit mosts needs. My wife has sever lower back pain and has limited mobility. I love how compact and portable this scooter becomes when folded for tranport. I’m looking for reasons to purchse obe for myself.
I really like it a lot specially I’m park and I can rest my arm.

My experience with my Otto Scooter is mix. It is convenient to transport but there are things that have clinches when it comes to using it. I am hoping they smooth out. I have had my scooter almost a year now and still have questions and concerns with using it.
The armrests are great for helping me to push up from the ATTO however, they are often too wide for most doorways. They hit the door frames and bend.
Installation was easy and the way the armrests stay hidden when not in use, is ingenious.

They arrived with a promise that I could call your tech department for instructions on installation. I called several times, left messages for callback , finally got through to someone who promised to send my son a video—and nothing. Called again and got a sales lady who said she’d contact the department and have them call me. Nothing. Son finally found the video online, but this was a very poor start To my experience with ATTO.

I paid premium for the arms for my scooter,I think they should have been at least padded and someone should have come to the house since i'm a disabled veteran and three, put them on.!!!!!!!!! Stop being cheap and stingy with your service.
I didn’t like the arm it was loose and sits too far back to work. We’re sending it back..

I got my new sport scooter right before going to Disney World with my family. It allowed me to be with them in the park and operating the scooter was easy and reliable. The ability to collapse it to take on the plane was another big plus. I’d definitely recommend it for travel.
I ordered them with my scooter about a month ago. I was told they are on back order. So I can’t rate what I don’t have .
The armrests arrived already installed, which was very convenient. Their design adds comfort to an already amazing product. I would suggest anyone experiencing mobility issues consider the Atto line of scooters.
My mother in law lives this scooter. So easy to assemble and so good for our road trips to Disney. Survived a whole day at Epcot with only half the battery life spent!
