I'm enjoying my new scooter. It has made me be move mobile and easy to get around.
Loved it but unfortunately it did not survive the first vacation trip. Not sure where it became unattached, could have been during riseshare type transfers or while airlines had the scooter. It was gate checked with flight kit. Noticed it missing halfway through the trip. It did work great when originally installed. Very sturdy , secure and unobtrusive. But, scooter has many other options for carrying cane, so we will use other alternatives
The charger is great. The crutch/cane holder works OK, but the holder parts have to be removed when the scooter is folded for transporting on an airline. (Consequently I lost the parts on one of my flights). I would like to see a mechanism that can be attached or built-in permanently.
The cane holders certainly make it easier for my wife to get around.
The scooter is marvelous. It has given my wife a renewed sense of freedom. She is having back surgery next month and we are hopeful she can abandon its use. But that would be a good thing.
The only issue is she can't travel with it alone. Even taken apart its too heavy for her to deal with. But thats the price you have to pay for a piece of equipment of this quality.
Actually havent used it yet, but it was easy to assemble and looks great. I only use my scooter for long distances. But lately I have been staying close to home and practice walking with my prosthetic leg..
i am disappointed i cannot buy parts individually. the cane holder hooks break easily and fall off and are easily lost. why do i have to buy the complete item if I just need parts. please consider selling parts. other than that, i love my Atto scooter.
Item was delivered within a week of ordering , and installing was fairly easy even with the lack of explicit instructions. I have ordered many accessories for my Atto Sport, the product is well made and has been reliable but the instructions that come with each item are terrible. MovingLife makes a good product with the Atto Scooter but they need improvement in the instruction manuals for their accessories.
Can holders - Buyer beware. The cups that the canes rest in break easily where they attach. I have tried 3 now, and none of them lasted more than a few weeks of use.
It is nice to have a place for my cane to attach but the clips have come loose after only a couple months and it is not used everyday. Also the part it stands on gets in the way when putting it in the car.
The cane holders are so helpful & can't believe I didn't think to get from the beginning! Trying to stand the sticks up between my legs while driving the scooter was not ideal and also was hazardous. They're not even noticeable when the scooter is folded up. Get the cane holders! You won't regret it!
Every second airplane I take manages to break the crutch holder while in cargo. I sent the company a design to stop that happening and I don't see it available. The unit is very difficult to remove (the spares I carry snap on easily). I remove the top clips before every flight.
