I like this bag ok, but the price was outrageous. There is nothing about it that justifies the price charged. I bought it because I needed something under the seat to carry purse, etc., but having it and trying it, I now realize that there are a number of products available elsewhere that would have served the purpose for less than 1/3 the price of this bag, and might've even been handier to use.

My common experience is that my credit card is charged when my items are shipped. You charged my card and did not communicate by phone, text, or email to tell me when my purchase would arrive. After two weeks I called and was told the seat cushion had to be ordered from your supplier. She told me I should get it in another week, which I did. If you don't have something to ship, don't charge the customer. Whatever the case may be, tell the customer when you plan to ship and why any delays should be expected.

Fantastic to carry my Oxygen Concentrator in a safe and vented place.
Love the idea. Will definitely use when traveling. Only problem is you have to take everything off when collapsing the scooter. It would be great to have one bag to hold all the pieces that need to come of before collapsing the scooter. This bag could possibly be put in the flight bag when in use so they're all kept together. And so it's not a carry on which is limited.
My unit keeps turning itself on. All they can say is LED lights might do it, this is nuts. I sat on the scooter and it turned on, I turned it off, it kept doing this about 5 times before I removed the battery, Is anyone else having this problem? I like the scooter, bot having to remove the battery, is a pain. Also I bought a seat cushion I see it has a zipper can’t I buy the under seat carryall separate .

I’m still trying to put it together. I love it, but I think it’s kind of heavy for me. I have arthritis and my hand hurt sometimes which makes it hard to handle. But I’m working it out.

For me, the cushion needs to include a back cushion. I've ordered an alternative cushion from The folding scooter store that does include a back support. Waiting for it to ship
Well when I got the scooter the key fobs and the adapter cord we're missing and still hasn't received them. When I got the scooter itself the front wheel was unbolted and a little bit later I tried to fold it up and I find the screw completely backed out preventing it from folding. quality control leaves a lot to be desired for their scooter itself looks like it's pretty good. For the cushions and the backpack etc they look like they're well made problem is what they don't really tell you is that you cannot fold the scooter up with any of these attached therefore you have to carry another complete carry-on bag or stoa bag to have your accessories with you on vacation!
