My mother-in-law recently purchased an ATTO Sport scooter at our urging. The salesman in Dallas, Mike Ramsey, was great, very friendly and walked us thru all scenarios of the scooter and its possible uses. My mother-in-law is still learning how to operate the scooter and learning fast. The scooter is well built and versatile. We have split the unit to pack it in our Honda Accord trunk and put the flight case over it and put it in my truck bed also. We’ve taken her to the park and the scooter can really move and then to the Dallas Aquarium for some really tight maneuvers and it was great. The optional back rest and seat pad are nice options. The optional under seat and front storage/backpack storage compartments are great. This scooter will enable my mother-in-law to join us on a lot of our adventures!
I absolutely love my mobility scooter. It took me three years to find one that fits my lifestyle because I need the help for longer distances but not enough to actually need a wheelchair plus I love the access to make it mobile even light enough for me to do by myself. Only thing I don't like is the hand break. No reason for it. Just gets in the way. I wish I could remove it?
So many things. Not in any particular order. Profoundly Safety Issues ! Tips over easily on minority sloped surfaces such as a slop in asphalt driveway. If a tiny rock, pothole, crack I bike path hit, the zero shocks scooter bounces, hand lifts from throttle and scooter throws itself into reverse. Dangerous on multiple levels. It needs a cruise control so hand does not go numbing when driving several miles to physical therapy say
Proprioception is off as front is narrow and back is significantly wider. Two problems with this one can get sideways on a sidewalk or hit a gate and this balance is why they tip/lean. Reverse or forward scooter lunges forward b4 going in reverse. Scooter lunges forward after turned off by one meter. 725-600-1133 USA
I have not had a good experience with my Atto Sport Scooter. I have had to change the battery and not they are replacing the Front Tiller and it has been less than 3 months since I purchase it. The customer service is very poor to say the least.
I took the scooter to the Polaris mall today. The first time that I used it to any extent. I had a great time. The only problem I had was trying to remember how to put it together and to take it apart. It is really so easy it is simple. But for an old man like me, of course I had to make it harder than what it should be . I was very impressed with the quality of the scooter and certainly happy that I did move forward and purchase it. It would be great if there was some way to be able to lift it mechanically Into my car. It is still heavy for an 85 year-old guy.

After only a couple of weeks, the handle started to come apart. I reported it to you guys and since we live in mexico, you said we need to contact your office here. They charged us for the repair and said they should have not even helped us, that they were doing us a favor.

This was purchased for my future use, as my mobility issues increase. I wanted something that would not require special equipment to transport it, since my wife would not be comfortable driving a car that had an extended length because of a carrier. I believe this is the best solution for our needs.
We took ATTO to Night of Lights in St. Augustine. It was perfect for the crowds and getting around. We had no problem unlocking it and getting it set up. I only wish there was a place for my cane to be attached. Other than that we are very happy with it.
I have been trying to purchase one of these scooters for over a year. I've called the number above to schedule a free home demo and was told, "I can't do that here." I've responded to auto-text sales pitches only to be told that I don't need the model I want and couldn't I buy the model they were trying to sell me. I've responded to email pitches that, yes, I'd like a demo. I get nothing back. After trying again just this week, it dawned on me. If a company is SO bad responding to a request to purchase a machine, how badly would they respond to a support issue or breakdown situation? And I see above, the answer is just as poorly as they respond to a request for a demo. I was told to just buy it and I'd have 30 days to send it back. Then somehow the 30 days became 9 when the guy laid out a fictional timeline. I've seen someone using this product. She loved it. I NEED it. It breaks my heart that the organization is so poorly run that they can't find the time to sell someone what they need.
I am a small person 4feet 10 inches and this scooter was shockingly sturdy and well made and would've been too heavy but because it seperates into two pieces I actually can still lift it as long as I split it up.
Have traveled twice and it has been a great solution for my spouse. Does take some practice setting up and closing. Thank goodness for Rhonda our awesome sales person who allowed me to video as she taught us how . Ran into a problem getting seat all the way up. Called Alex in tech who gave me a poor answer that really had nothing to do with lifting seat all the way up. Thank goodness we had Rhonda on video carefully explaining step by step.
