It took a few times, or I should say more than a few times to get the hang of things on his scooter but I think we’re pros now. My husband LOVES IT! And I do too because it allows more mobility for him and other activities we can participate in together. As you can see in the video I’m on a bike and he traveled close behind. Thank you!
God bless the man who invented the ATTO sport scooter. We have two short-time batteries for plane flights, and one long-time battery for near home and car trips. This is the best all-around scooter! It is easy to fold and cover for check at the plane door, and easy to unfold on arrival. Because of having the ATTO, my husband no longer has to wait for wheelchair service at the airport, and is independent at museums, hotels, and wherever.
Well I haven’t flown with it yet. I’ve gone to the town fair with it and drove down to Broadway for dinner, also gave my daughter a surprise visit. I love it. I still need a little practice taking it apart and putting it back together.
Thank you. This scooter is a great solution for traveling when walking distances and/or long periods of standing are issues. Easy to put together, take apart, open up and collapse, tows like a suitcase when closed. Easy to drive and maneuver. Very happy with the Atto Sport.
My wife and I are currently enjoying Europe which would not have been possible without my new scooter. The travel kit came in very handy as a flight adjustment demanded that the scooter be checked. I wish it could have been a little lighter, but otherwise- Loving it!
I would like to say Barry one of your employees is very helpful when I had any problems he always call me back and we solve them. The mobility scooter is very helpful is powerful. I enjoy has 25 miles on it then I can go maybe two days maybe three days depends on what’s going on in my life when I recommend it to anybody who can get one is worth the money.
getting through the airport was easy, just had to take the battery out of the scooter and keep it with me. Was hoping the flight attendant would have a space inside the cabin for it, but alas, we had to put under the plane with the suitcases. Other than that was very easy.
The new battery works fine, for now. I bought this because my old battery died. I didn't use the scooter for a couple of years, and I left the battery in it. Now Moving Life tells me that it damages the battery to run it down and leave it, and leaving it on the scooter runs it down. I looked through the manual and all my paperwork and I don't see any warning about this. I only found the following :
When leaving the battery in the ATTO for a long period of time, make sure to charge it to about 60% of a full charge.
My 2nd battery doesn't last very long, probably for the same reason. At $600 a pop, this is very disappointing.
Everything about this scooter is remarkable,
Best thing on the market today.
If you are looking for a smaller scooter, that you can travel with, this is the one!
One of my original batteries did not charge. I found this out just as I was leaving for a 24 day cruise. Fortunately the other battery worked just fine and got me through the cruise. On my return home, i got in touch with service and after I read the bar code number over the phone the technician stopped me and said that was past of a bad batch of batteries that were sold and that he will send me a new one. It arrived quickly and and It was able to hold a charge
To get the battery and get the vehicle to work, took over two months. That was warranty work and I have received no word on extending my warranty. Customer service needs firmed up.
